Art Addeo established Addeo & Associates, PA, Certified Public Accountants in Eatontown, New Jersey in 1990. He specializes in providing accounting, audit and tax services to small and medium size businesses.
Art is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York and has more than 30 years of professional experience. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University, and W. Paul Stillman School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tax Section and of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and before the State of New Jersey Division of Taxation.

Matthew joined Addeo & Associates, PA as a partner in 1997 and specializes in accounting and tax services. Matthew lives in Brick, New Jersey with his family. He is the treasurer of the Lions Club of Brick Township and in 2011 was named a “Melvin Jones Fellow” for his dedication to community service.

Lisa joined Addeo, Polacco & Penta, LLC in 2010 and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Lisa is an Advanced Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and has obtained Quickbooks certifications since 2005 including QuickBooks Pro, Point of Sale and Enterprise Solutions. She provides assistance with all QuickBooks needs including set-up, customization, training and troubleshooting. She has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, income tax and consulting services to small businesses and individuals.
Vito is currently the Tax Manager at Addeo, Polacco & Penta, LLC, overseeing the tax department. He is a federally licensed IRS Enrolled Agent and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Stockton University. With two decades of professional experience, Vito has earned a reputation for his analytical skills, attention to detail, and dedication to client service. He takes pride in building long-term relationships and serving as a year-round resource for individuals and businesses seeking reliable tax guidance.
Born and raised in Ocean County, he continues to reside in Toms River with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the community, and keeping up with changes in tax laws and industry developments.
Donald joined Addeo, Polacco & Penta in 2022. He graduated from Widener University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Donald has been working in public accounting since 2016 where he provides professional accounting and tax services to both individual and business clients across many industries. Outside of work, Donald enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and watching sports.
He currently lives in Ocean Township with his family.
Regina joined Addeo, Polacco & Penta, LLC in 1995. With over 35 years in pubic accounting, Regina specializes in providing accounting, tax planning and compliance services to small and mid-size closely held businesses.
Regina is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Rider College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Regina’s area of concentration in the firm is accounting services for professional practices in the medical, dental and legal industries, and general tax preparation and compliance.
Linda joined Addeo, Polacco & Penta, LLC in 2004. She has many years providing bookkeeping services in the public accounting industry and is instrumental in providing bookkeeping and tax filing services for our clients.
Linda lives in Toms River, New Jersey with her husband.
Marty has over 25 years of experience with tax return preparation, and planning. Prior to joining our firm, he worked in the private sector with the Federal Reserve for over 15 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Ohio State University, along with his MBA from Monmouth University. Marty is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and a member of the NJCPA and AICPA Societies.
Marty is a Board of Trustee member for Shrewsbury Historical Society, a member of the Chartered Global Management Association (CGMA), and a former scoutmaster.

Carmen brings a wealth of experience to our firm with over 40 years of accounting and consulting experience. His strong history of client service includes businesses and individuals with a specialization in health care, franchise, and sports and entertainment industries.
In addition to providing accounting and consulting services to the medical profession, Carmen has assisted with medical mergers such as those involving clinics and rehabilitation centers. He has experience with nursing homes, surgery centers, and related government entities as well. Carmen’s franchise experience includes national franchise stores, and he has performed accounting services and installed cost control systems for hotels/motels, recreational properties, restaurants and nightclubs.
Carmen received his B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He speaks on health care and business topics for various university and professional audiences. In addition, Carmen serves on the Board of Directors as well as the audit and loan committees at Lakeland Bank. He is also a member of the finance committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County.

Debbie is a manager with Addeo, Polacco & Penta, LLC, supervising our accounting and bookkeeping staff.
With over 40 years of experience of working in the public accounting industry, she typically guides our clients from the inception of their new business advising them in the set up of their accounting system and tax reporting responsibilities. Additionally, she provides consulting in the areas of cost savings and cost analysis for small businesses. Debbie’s area of concentration with the firm is that of providing income tax preparation, review and tax projections for our business and individual clients.
Debbie earned an associate degree in accounting from Ocean County College and attended Georgian Court University. She is also a New Jersey Notary Public.
Debbie resides with her family in Brick, New Jersey. She enjoys reading and spending time making memories with all of her grandchildren.
Rich joined APP in 2018. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stockton University. Rich provides professional accounting and tax services to individual clients and small businesses in many industries.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, her professional background includes over 35 years of public accounting experience concentrated primarily in providing professional accounting and tax services to small businesses in New Jersey and New York in many industries, including real estate management and operations, building construction, and retail operations.
A graduate of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Mona also earned a Masters Degree in Finance from Pace University Lubin School of Business in New York City. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA).
