In addition to providing accounting and consulting services to the medical profession, Carmen has assisted with medical mergers such as those involving clinics and rehabilitation centers. He has experience with nursing homes, surgery centers, and related government entities as well. Carmen’s franchise experience includes national franchise stores, and he has performed accounting services and installed cost control systems for hotels/motels, recreational properties, restaurants and nightclubs.
Carmen received his B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University where he was a member of the varsity soccer team. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). He speaks on health care and business topics for various university and professional audiences. In addition, Carmen serves on the Board of Directors as well as the audit and loan committees at Lakeland Bank. He is also a member of the finance committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth County.
Carmen lives in West Long Branch, New Jersey with his wife.
